Hide & Seek runs as a coffee bar and cocktail bar throughout the day in Psychiko. Mornings start with espresso, filter and brunch in the garden; afternoons settle into light plates and aperitivo; evenings hand over to the cocktail menu and the bar's signature list.
The coffee programme uses specialty Greek roasters and a small espresso menu built for sitting down rather than taking away. Brunch runs on weekends with house bakes, eggs done properly and a short list of morning cocktails.
By early evening the bar shifts into cocktail service. The signature list rotates seasonally — Mediterranean botanicals, low-ABV options and the classics. A Greek-leaning wine list and a tight beer selection sit alongside.
Late drinks carry on after the kitchen winds down. It's one of the few places in Psychiko where you can settle in for a slow nightcap in a garden rather than a bar room.
